Team Package - $1,600

Includes 1 hole sponsorship & four (4) golfers with a tournament gift bag, food, drinks and post-tournament reception.

Individual Player - $400

Includes (1) golfer with a tournament gift bag, food, drinks and post-tournament reception.

Sponsor Opportunities
 

Platinum Sponsorship Package - $10,000

• Educational Event – at this level you will be given the opportunity to host an Educational Meeting.  As the host your logo will be included in all media concerning the event and you will be given the opportunity to speak at the event.
• Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor at the Optimism Walk – including your logo on the event T-shirts, Logo included in all event media and a 10’ x 10 exhibit (in-person events) with the opportunity to speak to the participants at the event, (recorded and/or live message for virtual events).
• Recognition as a top tier sponsor at the Driving Parkinson’s Away Golf Tournament – including two teams (8 players), one Hole Sponsorship, Logo included in all event media, opportunity to include an item in the players gift bag & full-page ad in the program.
• Membership in the Speakers Bureau – giving you access to speakers and if appropriate to be listed as an available speaker for support groups.
• One-month sponsorship of the APDA Georgia Newsletter, which includes a 1/4th page ad/article of your choosing.  These will be delivered to all of the 24+ support groups in print format.
• Prominent placement of your logo (with link) on the APDA Webpage and in all digital and social media communications.

Gold Sponsorship Package - $5,000
